I can't create a Faceplanting page or faceplant my friends, what's wrong?

Faceplanting needs Flash player version 9.0.47 (or newer) to work correctly. So first of all, check if you have a new enough version by visiting this link: http://www.adobe.com/products/flash/about/

If you have an older version, here's how to upgrade:

• First, completely uninstall Flash before reinstalling the latest version. Then restart your computer.
• For everyone but Mac OS X Leopard users, follow these quick instructions from Adobe (the makers of Flash).
• Restart your browser and come back to Faceplanting.
• Create your own Faceplanting page, faceplant your friends, and just enjoy yourself in general! :)

For Mac OS X Leopard users:

• There's a special flash player update for you here. You want to click "Download Plugin for Mac OS X 10.2 and above".
• There's background info on the problem here.

If the instructions above don’t resolve the issue please try the following:

• Temporarily disable popup blocking software installed on your computer to test.
• Allow Faceplanting.com as a trusted site in your Firewall software.
